My first guest who I need to put a negative review.

I have to leave a negative feedback for my first time.  Below is my draft.  What is your take on this review?  Should I change anything.

We would not host Daniel again. This was his first airbnb stay and didn’t understand the nature of these stay. He arrived past checked in time, as well as check out time. His check in time resulted in waking up everyone in the house, including another guest. The bedroom was a mess including the blankets and sheets being stained with food. The welcome email states very clearly there was to be no eating, food, and drinking are allowed in the room. I contacted him, after the first day, to remind him of the house rules. Unfortunately, he still ignores ithe rules. Unfortunately, Daniel would have loud phone calls between 1 and 2 in the morning. He has a very loud voice, an as a result interfere with everyone’s sleep. We cannot recommend them to other hosts based on our experience.  They would probably best be suited in a weekly or extended stay hotel.

@Dawn162  your review is good but I would shorten it:

Daniel ignored our house rules (check in/out time, quiet hours) and disturbed us and other guests. More then usuall cleaning time was needed after he left. We would not host Daniel again and can not recommend him, he would be better suited to a hotel.

I'd go with @Branka-and-Silvia0's response, @Dawn162. Short, not so sweet 🙂

I like everything about @Branka-and-Silvia0 's except the hotel line. I understand why hosts use it, but I think there is enough here that the "better suited" code is not necessary. Maybe add something about ignoring your reminders as well. Will this work, @Dawn162 ?

yes @Lawrene0 even better
