My first guests!

Hi, I have my first guest next Saturday and I'm not sure about something. My guest is talking with me by whats app and I never gave her my phone. Anyway you always say that we shouldn't talk through phone, only through Airbnb, is it like this? Thanks so much in advance

your guests get your phone number when they book.

It is always better to keep all important convesations through Airbnb in case of any dispute.
