My guest are having problems to book through the app

Hello,

 

I am a new host and fortunately am doing well. However I have noticed that since one week ago my new guests (mostly of them newcomers at Airbnb) have asked me how to send money to my account for reservations and when I try to explain to them that they have to book through the Airbnb app they seem to be puzzled and don't know what I am talking about. I can only suppose that the app is not too obvious (actually it's not, I longed to figure out how to do some things with it!) and they aren't being able to figure where they have to tap to confirm the reservation. I pre-approved all of their enquires so they should have a BIG and VISIBLE button to tap on, but it seems they haven't.

 

I have three guests wanting to reserve my space in the last couple days having the same issue and I am afraid that they end giving up and go to somewhere else. This is so frustrating. 😞

 

By the other hand seems that all guests that succesfully confirmed their reservations did it directly through the site from a computer instead a mobile.

 

Anyone else is suffering with this same problem? Where exactly my guests will find the button to confirm the reservations then I can tell them?
