My guest can't book a longer stay

I have a prospective guest who wants to book for 21 days but he says Airbnb or the system only allows him to book for 9 days. Why is this so and how do I alert Airbnb to allow for a longer stay by a guest?

Have you checked your calendar to see you don't have the days he wants to book blocked out? If so and you want him to stay unblock them.

If this isn't the case, he needs to call BNB to sort it out.

In terms of your question, it sounds like you may have a maximum length of stay set to 9 days and that is why your guest can't book for longer than that. This Help Guide explains how you can change the minimum and maximum length of stay.
