My guests' phone number is no longer displayed!

After my guest left, I needed to text him but realized that his phone number was no longer displayed. This didn't use to be the case before. It doesn't feel right either, the guests have my address and who knows what else and I can't even have their phone number? Let me know if you know where I can find it, if at all. Perhaps Im looking in the wrong place?

This change happened several months ago.  Once the guest has checked out, they then block most of the personal information from both parties.  

That doesn't mean you can't contact them.  Your email exchanges are still in the Messages area.  Use that to reach out to them.
