This is a community center of hosts and guests here, not Airbnb Customer Support, @Portia4. When you get an inquiry you should be able to click it and communicate with the guest. Look in the Help section how to get in touch with Airbnb.
@Portia4 I looked at your listings and note that you have two listings that are the same. One has 6 pictures and appears confusing with the bed set up. Possibly you meant to cancel that listing and replace with the other listing that is correctly set up. It is possible that is where the issue about being able to communicate comes from.
Other than that observation, @Marzena4 is correct that this is a host/guest forum and if you have a problem that requires Air BNB intervention, use the guide which is found on this site. Here is a link
