My host wants me to check out 3 hours before the hour published

He told me I have to leave at 9:30 am because he has another guest arriving at 1 pm

even though the check out time was noon

Everything else was great, I am thinking of not leaving a review because I cant give 5 stars but I also dont want his rating to go down

@Carlos1403  Did the host warn you of this before when you made the reservation?  If not,  and this is something sprung on you after check-in, that is poor hosting.

Your host shouldn't have accepted a 1 p.m.  check in, if his check out is 12 noon.  This is very bad hosting behaviour on his part to ask you to leave so much earlier.

If he didn't tell you this before you booked, he should be offering you compensation such as paying for your party to go to breakfast.

In your situation, I would definitely leave a review. You can talk about the good points, but  if he didn't warn you before you booked, I would definitely mention this and mark him down one star for accuracy and communication.
