My listing doesn't always show up

Hi.  Please can anyone shed some light on why my listing doesn't always show up.  I have a four bedroom property that sleeps up to 8 people.  When I search for a property in  my area for 6 people my listing does not show up but it does show up if the search is for 8 people. I feel that I am losing out on bookings.  How can I make the listing show up even if the search is for less people than my maximum capacity?

The listing shows up with 6 and 8 guests, but it depends on the zoom of the map if you can see it, as there are more listings for 6 guests, there is more competition ! (it also shows up when filter is set to for example 2 or 4 guests, etc...).

I was searching in your neighboorhoud, on zoom level 13:

with 4 guests: 156 results (you were on nr 21)

with 6 guests: 87 results (you were on nr 6)

with 8 guests: 22 results (you were on nr 3)

Thanks for your help. I’m obviously doing something wrong because when I search for it I can’t always find it.
