My listing is run by an ex-employee can I transfer the listing to myself?

An employee started the listing in his name on airbnb but the property is my property. Ive had to ask the employee to leave but now Im trying to figure out how to transfer the listing into my name. He is the "primary" host and I am registered as the co-host. Can anyone advise please?

You can either continue as a co-host or create a new listing in your name, @Duncan33. Transfer - not really.
