I have asked a question on a listing for a room and don't want to place my booking until it is answered but the message is just not sending. It just continually shows the loading three dots on green background. This is very frustrating as this is the only room I have found in the area on the dates I want and I need to Book urgently and not risk losing the room to someone else. I hope someone can help me very soon. I am in New Zealand.

Log out, clean the cookies and log in again, @Liz313. Nothing else comes to my mind. Sometimes there are problems like that with this site.
Thanks, Marzena, for your very fast response to my question. I have cleared the cookies and logged out many times but nothing changes. My internet connection is good so I don't know what else to do.
hello @Liz313 ,
It can be frustrating, but it is a connection problem, can be on your side or on Airbnb's side.
If you get a "time out", just try again.
Hi Emiel, I haven't had a "time out" yet but the loading bar just keeps loading even after I have logged out and in again. I'm new to airb&b so feel a bit disappointed not to be able to use the site when I need to.
Thanks, Sarah. I finally worked out that it wouldn't send my message because I entered the dates for one night only and that particular host had a minimum of two nights. When I entered the dates for two nights my message got sent. But I found another place in the area which allows me to stay for one night only. So all is well now but the airb&b site could do with a bit of fine-tuning to make it more user-friendly, in my opinion.
I am unable to send a message to host, or make a booking via online calendar. I've tried 2 browsers, plus phone as well as laptop. I'm trying to book for 4 nights. Is there any way that the owner can be contacted and asked to contact me? I can't even write to the address of the property, since it doesn't say what it is.
