My nightly rate is increasing for my guest when she tries to book. Any ideas why??

I have changed the calendar to offer a guest a special price, sending a special offer didn't work(?)  but when she tries to book, the nightly rate reverts to the previous, more expensive price.  Any ideas what's happening?  Thanks Clare

Your asking price is not the one seen by the guest.  There are added airbnb fees.

Thanks for your help Marit Anne but it's the nightly rate that's increasing then she's being asked for my cleaning fee and airbnb fees.  The total price is increasing by over £500.  I'm wondering if it's an issue with cookies, in that she tried to book before at the higher price so it's only giving her the higher price when she books.  e.g. the nightly rate is £287 and it goes back to £350 when she books??
