My place doesn't show up

Hi! I am hosting and i own quite a popular place, but have noticed that recently my place doesn't show up while searching

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks 🙂

I'm not sure which dates you used when searching.

I searched for "Entire home/apt" accommodation in Limasol for the 1st to the 3rd of November and your listing showed up.

 

Yours isn't an instant book listing so you have to check that that filter is turned off when you search. Airbnb turns it on automatically when you search with dates in the near future and when there are a lot of listings in the area.

Thanks Steve! But it is ON instant booking. It has always been. But i did just checked it anyways

Then there's something wrong. Your listing doesn't have the little lightning bolt beside the price in the black bar like instant book listings have. You should contact support to sort it out.

 

Also when I turn on the instant book filter your listing disappears from the map. There should be a little yellow ligntning bolt symbol beside the €31 below if Airbnb sees it as an instant book listing.

The same things happens to me now. My guest cancelled and wants to re-book but he can't find my listing. I tried different browsers same thing happens.

There seems to be some problem with your listing. It doesn't appear on your profile.

When I click on the link you gave it says that the listing is no longer available.

 

You'll have to contace Airbnb support about the problem.

Click on "Help" and then on "Visit the Help Center" and then on "Contct us" for phone and message links.

Thanks @Steve143 I already contacted the Airbnb but I don't know if they will reply to me. Unfortunately there is no contact number in the Philippines.
