I did a search through Google for it and when taken to Airbnb, it says the listing is temporarily unavailable. Time to contact Customer Services...

My listing has disappeared too. Airbnb says its because I used google and not chrome. I cannot understand why the search engine used to find the site affects the listings found within the site.

Hi. My listing baBUSHka from Hoedspruit always appeared 1st as you open Hoedspruit. (1) Now it does not feature at all in a search only if you ask for baBUSHka does it comes up. (2) Why is there so many Hoedspruit categories . Very confusing. No structure.

We have had no bookings at the busiest time of year in our city, and now we discover our property is not appearing in the listings. It was working, because we had guests stay last week. We haven't changed anything. Anyone any idea what's going on? I see since we last hosted airbnb have helpfully cut all customer support contact links, so now we have to crowdsource support. Anyone any idea how to actually contact them? Would really appreciate any help. Thanks!
