My upcoming guest says she was just charged partial amount and wanted to be charged for all of it.

Hi. I thought she would have been charged for all of it and I am trying to help her out.  Should she have been charged for the whole amount or does Airbnb wait until a certain point to do that?   I have her listed as accepted so not sure what else I can do on my end.  Thanks.

Nothing you can do, the guest sometimes has a choice of full payment or part payment when booking.

They must have clicked by mistake the 50% deposit and balance 10 days prior to arrival.

The only thing she can do is ring the number on her booking confirmation and ask if she can pay the balance early.
