Aribnb owned us ~$2000 in total since last month (12/23/18). I tried to contact them by sending them messages and doing phone calls, but I got no responses. Thus, I have to cancel all the other reservations left. I also did some research on this issue and I found out that many people are dealing with the same problem as we do. I just want some response from airbnb about the money they owned us. Are there any ways we can solve the problem?
