Nashville Hotel Occupancy Tax Form

When applying for the Hotel Occupancy Privilege Tax Account Number, it asks to indicate the number of rooms being rented. We have four bedrooms in our house that we rent out, but it is one unit as a whole that is being rented. Would I answer that with four rooms or one? I appreciate your help in advance!
