Need to change the concallation policy after a booking was made
The cancalltion policy was not set correctly, and I need to change it for this booking. Can someone please advise how to change this for the booking? It was just made within the last hour.
Also - is there a phone # to contact airbnb support? I could not find one anywhere.
You can't do that - the policy for each booking is the one you have chosen at that time. You can't change it afterwards- that would be unfair on your guests
