Negative reviews

Hi. I am a 5 time super host and  was told in my monthly summery that I was left 2 neg reviews. I can't find them anywhere??  I want to read them and see what the problem was...

What a lovely place and I can only see great reviews.

If you have checked your ratings and there is nothing there that could be seen as negative (I can't see anything) , I would suggest you give BNB a call and ask them.
