Never got the "Payment sent"

​Got an email from Airbnb saying payment sent on Jan 7th.

Neither Paypal or my bank got it. I spoke to them already.

How can Airbnb check where the money is now?

Call Airbnb and ask them to check where the payment is stuck. His is a open forum for guests and hosts and unfortunately none of us can check it for u.
