Hi, can anyone explain to me how I can add someone to stay for at least 3 nights over a month?

How can I set the timetable, but only from 25th December to   accommodate at least 3 nights?

@Mihaela9. Yes, you can select certain dates or range of dates where you can require a different minimum stay requirement.  To do this go to Manage Listing > Availability > Trip Length > Additional Requirements.  In that area select Add Custom Rule for Seasons or Custom Dates.  A dialogue box will appear that will allow you to select dates you want a 3 night minimum stay.

I still have a question: how do you think I should go with the guest who has already book instant in 24.11.2017 from 31.12.2017 to 01.1.2018? I immediately after booking instantly, I responded that it is okay but wait if it will be from 30.12-02.1.2018 I can send it a special offer. But he did not answer for a few days. After 4 days, I send another messaje "Hi, I apologize, but the minimum stay for the New Year's Eve is 3 days. If you want to stay from 30dec.-1ian is ok! If not, Im sorry but I will have to cancel your booking!" That happened on Tuesday 28.11.2017. She did not answer me until today when she wrote: Hi, you can to cancel my booking, I already bought the flight tickets and I will arrive at 31.

 

That was our whole conversation! 🙂

 

I have two variants: 1) pays from 30.12.2017 to 01.1.2018 and a case when it comes, that is, at 31 am! or 2) if she do not accept a 3-night option can I cancel her reservation!? 

I do not want to ruin our New Year! He still has enough time to reserve elsewhere.
