New calendar and 'preparation time'

Hi,

Our circumstances recently changed and we're unable to turn our rooms around in time for consecutive day bookings.

We have 3 listings in our house (2 spare bedrooms, guests can book either room or both together). I can see that you can set a preperation time of a day or two which will block your listing a day eitherside of the booking. My question is does Airbnb recognise that there are multiple listings in the same property and block off eitherside for the other 2 or would I need to manually block them off each time?

I am really not enjoying the new calendar, having 3 listings I find it really hard to manage with the new calendar. Previously you used to be able to manage multiple listings with the 'all listings' function but that no longer works.

Hi,

Go to Calendar > Availability settings

At the bottom of the page find "Linked Airbnb calendars" and click Edit

Thank you for your replies and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I believe I have previously linked our calendars.

So as you can see we advertise on our modern home listing as getting the twin room and kingbed with it. My concern is if someone books the kingbed room then the twin room will not have preperation time added either side. 

Also, do you know how I can fix my "all listings" calendar? I used to be able to click on it and it would give me all 3 calendars next to each other which made it very easy to manage the 3 listings but now it just reverts back to one listing every time I click it.
