Hi strangers.
So long story cut short, I was still filling out the information on the app via my mobile phone and someone booked a week at the end of this month. I had it on automatic booking without me being able to accept it, and I wasn't able to inform the short term tenant that I had a kitten. So we discussed the situation over the messenger and decided to cancel the booking. However, now I am unable to book other clients.
Is it possible to rebook new clients when the cancellation period is blocked?
