New superhost requirements

Hello

ive just seen the latest requirements for superhost, with the percentage of trips reviewed. I don’t think it’s fair that I will lose my super host status due to something that is completely out of my control. I have no power to make my guests leave a review, it is of their own desire as to if they leave a review  or not. So me being penalised doesn’t really seem fair, when I’m doing my upmost to provide guests with a pleasant stay and I’m going above and beyond the standard requirements.

can you please explain this to me? Because whichever way I look at it it seems very unfair.

Same has happened to me . I feel all information is automated .. however we are providing a service to the public .. and depend on true and accurate and personalized feedback . After all we don’t treat our clients on “ automatic “
