I just reeived my first booking but the price was much lower than expected. I was given an average of what the payout was going to be but it wasn't close even giving a 25% discount for first 3 bookings. Unfortunately the first one is for a whole month. How were they able to get it so cheap? Can potential guest put in the amount they want to pay? I thought it was a set price.

Hi @Kim878 🙂

I just took a look at your profile and tried to book for 30 days. Ohh my. It says I get 50% of when it is at least 30 days + 20% of for first 3 bookings. see screenshot.Screenshot 2019-02-25 at 13.52.04.png

It is clearly far to cheap and the guest must certainly be aware of that. You must not (never) cancel yourself but call airbnb ASAP and let them eather cancel or edit the reservation.

If I were new I think I would put a maximum on days people can rent maybe 7 days.

Also under price setting you can untick the the discount.

Let me know how it all works out.
