Nightly Price

I set my nightly price to 700 euros but it is saying I will only receive 595 per night. How has so much been taken off and where does it go?

Your do not offer much availibility on the listing, only the 14th of july can be booked and is says 80,- Euro a night. I suggest you check your price settings. What you mentioned is a difference of 15%, so probably you have set a weekly discount ? BTW Airbnb takes 3% (+ VAT) Host Service fee on every reservation.
