Why does my listing reflect a nightly $68 fee even though I have placed my base price at 100 ( ideally $85/90) ; and other comparable hosts do reflect my target price on their own listings?

Is there a way to limit the time people can reserve your place. Ex before 8 pm that evening??

I suppose to receive payment on 14/5/2018 via paypal amounting $359.61 or RM1,396.80 but until now not receive yet.
