Hi! What is the best way to handle an unhappy and unreasonable guest? Often their expectations are not in sync with the reality of what they’ve booked and they behave irrationally and unreasonable.

It would be great if we could get the option to require a minimum number of nights stay during peak times (i.e. at least two days not just New Years Eve, Christmas, etc).
I have 3 separate units all listed on Air Band B Why can't they be displayed together on the website .It makes a lot of sense.
