No Booking

I have listed the villa for over 3 weeks now but still have no booking at all.

Please advise me what to do.

Hi!

Have you looked at prices for similar listings in the same area? Airbnb also shows you how your listing does compared to similar listings, have you looked at that?

You can also try to reorder your images, so that there's not quite as many images of close ups of the bridge in the pool to start with, but more images of the bedroom and flat, and maybe just one of the pool.

If I zoom in on the map, it reduces to 49 listings on your doorstep.

13 of them have been listed a while and have a small number of reviews and very few bookings.

26 of them are fighting each other to get the first review.

And 10 new listings like yours have been added this month, which makes it even harder for the existing ones to get bookings.

Its called over supply and listings with reviews get booked first.

If I was in your position I would give a family member a super cheap deal to book for a few days so they can give you the first 5* review.
