They just did not transfer the payment to us=hosts.

They dont call back or better write an e-mail back.

They just ignore us.

Who stole our money? They don't investigate and dont resolve the problem.

I tried to add a picture but there is no browsing possibility for this. Thus impossible.

Do I have to send police opr FBI after them?

I called all of these numbers. All are forewarded to the same semi reachable number. IF I get an answer they heare me politely and promiss to pass my complaint to an anclearly spoken ...

Nobody contacts you back - never. It is like talking to the AIR. Just waste of time.

Does anybody has other phone numbers - namesof owners or other means to reach somebody who wants to catch the thieves?
