My guest was suppose to arrive Monday night, she saw the bear and went to a hotel cause she was scared. Now she’s texting me and saying someone else is coming to stay the night at my house. Can the guest do that? This person isn’t verified

@Darlene114   No. Tell her that the person who books has to be the person who stays, that what she wants to do contravenes Airbnb terms of service and would invalidate your insurance.. Advise her to cancel her reservation and that she'll be refunded according to your cancellation policy, or just refund her in full and be rid of her. She can fight with Airbnb as far as getting her service fee back from them if she likes.

if her friend shows up, don't let him in, tell him what you told her.
