********* Member requests reservation for herself. I accept. Afterwards, she mssg's me:
"I just realized that I must have missed making the original reservation for 2 people because it states that it's for 1 guest. That was my mistake. I apologize for that."
********** Now weeks later she send me this message:
"I booked your Gazebo Room for my husband and myself. Our plans have shifted a bit and I won't be able to make the trip with him. He is not an Airbnb member, as I am the one who uses the service the most. I want to be completely open with you about our change in travel plans and I want to check with you to see if it's still okay with you to keep the reservation under my name. I am disappointed that I won't be able to go on the trip, as your Gazebo Room looks so charming! Thanks for your consideration."
So.....Husband is booked under wifes membership. Is this legal & covered by airbnb insurance?
The reason I ask here is because I can't find any direct way to communicate to Airbnb (?)
********** Can anyone also clue me in on how to do that, please? I thought I contacted them once (maybe not?) but now can't find the portal to their inner sanctum!
Thanks a bunch for any help here!
Cheryl
