Non payment of miscellaneous credit

I received a misc credit to my account for 73 New Zealand dollars relating to a booking in February 2016.

This remains showing in my "future transactions" but never gets paid out.

I hagve contacted Airbnb several times. Each time I am told the credit will be paid out.

It never gets paid out despite several assurances and reassurances (and phone calls).

The payment remains "hung up" in my account.

Now Airbnb have stopped replying to my enquiries for this "misc credit" still showing in my account. It looks like a system fault.

Any ideas? It's frustrating.  :)-
