Not an Airbnb member but keep getting email

I am not an airbnb member but somehow I got onto Airbnb's email distrobution list.  It certainly appears that I have an account somehow.  I've attempted to contact Airbnb several times to tell them to quit sending me email without success.  They don't have a phone number to call.  Any suggestions?

Here's your profile, established in 2012 https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/2743315  and you just got a review from hosts you stayed with in December.  

If you are getting emails you do not want from them, go into your account settings and change your preferences.

I forgot to add, that I am posting this for a friend.  Obviously I am an airbnb member as my profile indicates.

He has never signed up for Airbnb, to his knowledge doesn't have an account, hasn't used the service, etc.  But he continues to get email.
