I am starting to get so frustrated with AirBnB. I have complained several times now that my listings are not appearing in searches. My children have tried random open dates to see if my listing appears and nothing comes up. I even search in a different browser and my listing still doesn't show. Is this happening to anyone else? I am losing money by people not seeing my listing and booking.
@Karen1144 I tried searching your listing, and it did come up. If someone is just searching Pheonix, your listing is probably getting pushed too far down in the rankings to be found easily. If you search then zoom in on the map, it does come up.
You may need to lower your price for the first few stays to get some reviews under your belt and improve your seach rankings. It looks like you have a lot of competition in Phoenix.
Search for Camelback, Phoenix, AZ.
@Karen1144 I searched for homes in the Camelback area, and you came up on Page 2, it was the 17th listing to come up for your area.
Here is some information on how lis tings are ranked in search results:
One way to check how many guests have viewed/clicked on your listing is by going to: Hosting dashboard > Progress > Views
