Not happy!

Hello,

 

I am trying to solve a problema almos a week with airbnb and till now, there's no result.

My guest decided to stay more than the time he paid for but since the last day paid I am traying to receive a payment from the guest, also Airbnb to solve his link or block problem. It's been 2 days he left my place and I can't receive any answer from Airbnb, also my payment. Tried to contact with message and also calling Airbnb. But the attendent told me my "case" is in the Airbnb hands and they "will" solve it. I am very upset with this problem, also because it seems I am the only one who wants to solve that problem. I can't understand why Airbnb can not unblock this guest and procedure with the role administration issues and get him payment paid.

Unfortunatly I must wait. Have no deadline from Airbnb and have no other answer from the guest, unless that Airbnb have to inform him the right "link" of payment. What else Must I have to do?

Keep calling AB and try to speak with someone different, i realized that there are many different people with different working experience. Thats an issue i would like to be solve, especially knowing i also host and at any point in time something like this can happen to me.
