Hi, I’m not sure is this happens often but I had a guest stay and it states the payment would go through around 23rd March. I’ve still not received it and Airbnb seem to be ignoring my question regarding why this may be and I’m just not getting a reply. Has anyone else had this experience? I’m assuming I’m not the only one! I don’t understand it as don’t the guests have to pay air bnb when they book so there can’t be a problem with the payment?
