I have not been receiving the notifications for about the past 24 hours either. I have an iPhone 6 plus.
All other means of notifications regarding Airbnb messages is working though (email notifications, texts, etc.)
Kinda glad to know it isn't just me and my phone.
I have a MacBook Pro and I am not getting my notifications. I use to and I haven't changed any of the settings. I am getting them on my Samsung phone as SMS's. whcih saves me. Otherwise I would need to check very ten minute so the day.... I have quite a busy property. Can anyone help me make the settings work on my Macbook via my emails.
Frustrated, Diana
Yes - same here - emails used to work and don't now.... need them too....
I am having the same problem and it is affecting my rating. Wht is worse, that I simpy cannot find anyone who can assist me to rectify the situation..
I am getting requests that I dont know about.
If anyone can give me an idea how to rectify the matter, I would be very happy.

All the best - sorry I cna't help you... cheers, Diana
The app on my iPad just stopped working, my phone works and laptop. Any suggestions for my iPad as it used to work well
I have the same problem with my notifications with my iPhone 6. I see there is a "featured answer" but when I click on it, it just routes me back to everyone asking for help. Does any one know how to fix this or maybe get to the answer?
This is probably my biggest gripe with Airbnb - if you need help you are really left to the generosity of other Airbnber's. I wonder if VRBO has a better support system?
@Gary51 VRBO were fabulous back in the day, and because they were a minnow, they got swallowed by a larger predator called HomeAway (who in turn had also acquired other vacation rental providers such as Travelmob.) A year ago, HomeAway got engulfed by a whale called Expedia.
In my experience with them lately, they are easier to contact on the whole, but no less useful in actually resolving issues (especially tech problems.)
