My push notifications have stopped even though they are all on in settings.  Help. I’m missing inquiry

I have the same problem . Been in contact with AirBnb and they told me to update the app then to go to settings and turn off all the notification , save it and then turn it back on again. I have tried all off it but it still dont work. It is very frustrating
