Hello everybody,
I'm not sure if I'm in the right place to ask, but I try to do it. I'm a host from Parma, Italy. In the center we have some traffic restrictions and sometimes some guests broke the rules. One of the guest told me that that "Airbnb should somehow register guests with the city so that our license plate is known to be that of a 'hotel' guest and not a resident. " Does it really works?

What do the hotels do? Would be down to you not a booking service.
