I accidentally left a bad review for the wrong guest and did not notice this until the geust contacted me about it well after 14 days has passed. I feel really bad especially considering that this particular guest was super nice. Now he shows a bad review on his otherwise impeccable list of reviews. Can someone please help me undo this? I surely miss being able to contact Airbnb help desk about this.
Contact Airbnb and explain to them and they should be able to assist you. Twitter and Facebook are good options - click on the link for contact options - Contact Airbnb
