Hi I just got off the phone with the help desk. I noticed that when looking at my listing as a traveler, some dates that I have open show as booked. Using a browser the open dates show as open. When the help desk tried their phone app they had the same problem. So as of right now the problem is being escalated. I just wanted to share this with the community as this is very detrimental to my booking ability especially during my busy season.
I had the same thing happen last week with my listing. It seems to be resolved now.
I"m having the issue right now. Is there a number we can call? I'd love to talk to a human!
