Good Day!
We recently discovered that the condo that our property management company rents on a fixed 12 months term is being sublet on a short-term basis through Airbnb. This is done without owner's approval and against strata bylaws in this builing. We have since contacted our tenant and requested that they take down the condo from their AirBnB profile. The tenant is not cooperating and the condo is still listed on their profile. We have since reported this to Airbnb with no response as of yet. Any suggestions?

Lawyer letter to both of them
Do you know if there's a way working this out with AirBnB?
It is against the terms to sub contract without permission. What do you mean by working out?
they are not cooperating and the letters from lawyers may not do any good. I wonder if Airbnb can assist in any way from their end by contacting this host
I doubt that they would do that, ABB is basically a booking service, I assumed you wanted the listing removed.
