Our host's address is under a subway?? Help please...

Help please. Here is what I just wrote to our host with the reservation for TWO WEEKs in NYC. My family will be there for a training and we are going to be up a creek in a bad way if this is not legit. Can anyone help me know what more to do? Can Airbnb help verify this address??

INTENT TO CANCEL: Sascha, my husband has been looking up your apt. address for travel to/from your place. However, we are having red flags come up because all maps point your address to either right in the middle of Park Ave or under the subway. ?? And because we've not heard from you, or you have not responded to my two emails or the text, we may cancel this reservation before the money goes out. I hope we don't have to because our reservation starts in 2 days and it will put us in a bad position for our training. Please respond by noon. Shelby

This address does appear to be a real building. Google maps often is inaccurate here in the Northeast. Stuff is really close together.
