Over charged

The price per night before booking was $69 ( in the screen with red ‘book’ bar, it had correct calculation, $69 per night x 4   $276) .  After booking, the receipt showed a different rate

$85 per night x4  $340.  

The host sent me the copy of their receipt, which shows $69 per night x 4  $340.  

It is an incorrect calculation, $69 x 4 = $ 276.

Of course, there are separate lines for cleaning fees and service charges.

 I have been communicating with Airbnb customer service person for two days. But she thinks probably that change is due to additional tax, but could not tell me for sure.
