We have been receiving the payments without any problems until November, but now it seems we have been receiving some over payments.
We have received the following payments in November:
3635,21 TL on November on 06th (equivalent of 570 Euros - this amount disappeared on the system now)
4212, 94 TL on November 11th (system does not show the equivalent amount of Euros and this amount also disappeared on the system now)
6380,95 TL on November 12th (equivalent of 1004 Euros)
Indeed, the amounts received exceeding the total payment amounts expected. We guess Airbnb making us duplicate payments for some reservations, but we are not able to match them as some payment details explained as above are not available in the system now.
We kindly as some one from Airbnb Finance Department to solve out the problem.
