Whenever a listing will be linked to a channel manager, all the setting changes will have to be done through the channel manager software. Settings are disabled on the Airbnb side, to allow the channel manager software to solely manage the listing. If you don't know how, just contact your channel manager for assistance, Airbnb cannot assist you with this.
If your channel manager tried to remove the cleaning fee, but still charges it, contact your channel manager to unlinked your listing with them, remove the cleaning fee, then link your listing again with your channel manager.
