PAYOUT DELAY!!

I am waiting for my money over 21 days which was done on 14 of March 2017 I am wondering why it's not on my bank account I am not new on the system and didn't change any methods so the account was used before regularly for bnb payouts and now I don't know what to do. Please help me if somone had such situation and if you know where to apply.
