PAYOUT DELAY

Hello everyone,

I am having a very unpleseant situation with airbnb. I have been trying to sort out 3 payouts that still dont go through to my account, this has been going on for the last 2 months ($15,000 usd divided in three payments)  and still they dont manage to resolve this matter. I have called 5 times, spent hours on the phone and still no one knows, I am very frustrated and disspointed with airbnb, we have given them a lot of business for the last 4 years and I dont think this is the way to go about it. HELP SOS!

@Roberto90 - what does it say on your Transaction History?  Have you been given a case manager? Have you tried alternative ways of reaching Airbnb instead of just through the call center?

Right now the transaction history says that the money has been sent and should have been recieved the 8th of September for those pending payouts.

I realized since mid August that the payments hadnt gone through so I sent a message to help center, someone named Aris kindly replied saying he was our case manager. He said that the account was showing an error and we needed to delete it which we did and put it back. The payments where still not going through so I decided to call the help center. Then the account showed an error again so I had to delete it and put it back and I was assured that the money would go through but it didnt.

Then I called back the help center and someone named James told me to send him an email, he replied saying that if my safety was in danger to call the police which I found completely out of context!I So I went back to the messaging system and realized there was a photo ID that I needed to take which I did.

The last call I did I was sept the 5th and my transaction history showed as if the payment would go through on sept the 8th, we are in sept 13th and still no signs of the $15,000 usd. Today i had to delete one of my accounts because it showed as if it was a usd account even if i put it in mexican pesos.

Who would be the best to contact?or what do you suggest?

@Roberto90Try Twitter or FB and add the history of communication you have already had with Airbnb in your message.  btw: @Alice-and-Jeff0  have listed in their post the many other ways  to contact Airbnb, which includes telephone numbers.
