My first guests arrived on 14 December 2018 and i received notification that monies will be in my account by the 19 December.
On 22 December i contacted an agent who advised that i will be contacted by a senior agent...i am still waiting. My messages on the website have been ignored and Istill have not been contacted...i visited my bank as well and there is no funds in my account or monies pending...the bank has requested a proof of transfer... the swift MT103 code...Nobody seems to answer any questions. How do i get this information?
It is now 2 weeks that Air bnb advised that the money was transferred into my account.
We also have the same concern - we did not received our first payout. It is more than a month already. Our guest checked in March 7, 2019 and checked out March 10, 2019. Under Transaction History/ Upcoming payouts - it states that we do not have any upcoming payouts. Our payment method is thru a local bank.
