PAYOUT NOT RECEIVED

Hi..
My first guests arrived on 14 December 2018 and i received notification that monies will be in my account by the 19 December.
On 22 December i contacted an agent who advised that i will be contacted by a senior agent...i am still waiting. My messages on the website have been ignored and I still have not been contacted...i visited my bank as well and there is no funds in my account or monies pending...the bank has requested a proof of transfer... the swift MT103 code...Nobody seems to answer any questions. How do i get this information?
It is now 2 weeks that Air bnb advised that the money was transferred into my account.
 
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ADVISE WHAT I SHOULD DO?

New hosts have to wait upto 30 days for the 1st payout.

Thank you for responding..

According to the agents that i have corresponded with online, i was advised that payout has been processed...

The transaction history, indicates that payout was processed on 14 December...this shows as completed payout  and not as upcoming payout. 

So i am really not sure who i should turn  to now as nobody seems to be able to give me a valid explanation

We also have the same concern - we did not received our first payout.  It is more than a month already.  Our guest checked in March 7, 2019 and checked out March 10, 2019.  Under Transaction History/ Upcoming payouts - it states that we do not have any upcoming payouts.  Our payment method is thru a local bank.
