So many people are in the same situation as I am!!! One lady never got paid and so many people are complaining. This must be all a scam. How can these people get away with it.
In TRANSACTION HISTORY, it shows the reservation as FUTURE TRANSACTION and it doesn't say pending or ready; it says RESERVATION.
I've called custmer service 3 times and they told me that they can do NOTHING; that they will 'escalate' this matter to the PAYMENT department and that I will get a response within 24 hours. So many people are in this situation. Is it time to contact lawyers??? And no htis is not my first time on airbnb.
